Joan Patricia Sandison, 80, of Vero Beach, FL died Saturday, May 29, 2010 at the VNA/Hospice House in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Sandison was born February 27, 1930 in Quincy, MA and moved to the Treasure Coast 15 years ago from her place of birth.
She was a social worker for the State of Massachusetts prior to her retirement and was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include her daughters Nancy Harris of Vero Beach and Lorey Gillam of Okeechobee, FL; a sister Virginia Reidy of Brewster, MA; and two grandsons.
She was predeceased by her husband Richard Lee Sandison, and two brothers Edward and James Corbett.
Services: A private family service will take place at a later date.
