John Louis Bittle's Obituary
John Louis Bittle, Jr., 71 of Sebastian, FL died Thursday, July 30, 2009 at his residence.
He was born July 9, 1938 in Meschanic, NJ. And moved here 25 years ago from NJ.
Mr. Bittle had worked for the Hillsborough Township Police department from 1965 to 1976 where he attained the rank of sergeant, he was also employed by Raritan Valley Disposal in Readington, NJ before moving to Florida approximately 25 years ago where he worked for Fisher & Son. He was a member of the Neshanic Volunteer Fire Company for many years. He served in the US Army in the US and Germany during the Cold War in the early 1960's.
Survivors include his wife Kathy Bittle of Sebastian, FL ; son Patrick Bittle and his wife Sonia, a grandson, Travis of Indianapolis, IN; brother Thomas Bittle an his wife Sharon of Meschanic, NJ; a grandson Travis Bittle; a step-granson. A.J. Whitney; a aunt, Joan Crum and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of his life will take place at 11:30 AM, Saturday, August 1, 2009 at No Name Bar in Sebastian. Further services will be held at later date in NJ.
