John "Jack" F. Butler, 80 of Vero Beach left for his final fishing trip on November 14, 2021. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1941 to John and Betty Butler. He graduated Ft. Lauderdale High School in 1958 and went on to earn his BS & MBA degree from Nova University. Most of his career was spent in the Information Technology field working for varied corporations and finally retiring from Citizens Federal Bank as SVP in 1996.

Jack was an avid boater and fisherman using every opportunity to get out on the water. He and his late wife, Dianne made many fishing trips to the Bahamas over the years. Whether on their Sports Fisherman or their Bay Boat, they enjoyed all aspects of being on the water. In 2000 they relocated from Ft. Lauderdale to Vero Beach and traveled every chance they had.

Jack lived by the idea that "you only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough." We wish him luck on his journey. CATCH'M UP.

Survivors include his stepson and wife, Allen and Janie Moore of Winnemucca, NV; grandson, Andrew Moore of Reno, NV, and many cousins.
