John A. Egan's Obituary
John A. Egan, 74, died Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at the Veterans Hospital in West Palm Beach. He was born in Newark, NJ and resided in Vero Beach since 1978 coming from Normandy Beach, NJ.
He served as a Navy Sea Bee in the Philippines during the Korean War.
He worked in the construction industry in residential and commercial sectors.
Survivors include: his companion, Donna Egan, Vero Beach; Beloved Father of Lucretia Woodruff, Brunswick, ME; Jacqueline Flynn, Vero Beach; John Brennan Egan, Asheville, NC; sister, Kathleen Horak, Vero Beach; brother Martin J. Egan, Vero Beach, and ten grandchildren.

Service: A Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Catholic Church on June 2, 2008 at 10:30 AM with military honors provided by VFW Post 3918.
