John W. Jackel, 85 of Sebastian, FL died Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at his residence.
He was born May 7, 1925 in Pittsburg, PA and was a resident of Sebastian for 16 years, coming from Niagara Falls, NY.
Mr. Jackel retired from Bell Aerospace in Niagara falls, NY as an engineer.
Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Primrose Jackel of Plantation, FL; daughter Ellen Smith, son Robert Jackel both of Sebastian, FL; 3 step-daughters Sandra Parker of Niagara Falls, NY, Hope Andersen of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Deborah Pembleton of Plantation, FL; 2 step-sons Anthony Masseo of Woodstock, GA, Andrew Masseo of Williston, FL; sister Jane Frazier of South Carolina; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; eleven step-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.
