Jose Luis Rangel was born to Narciso Rangel and Natalia Najera on October 12,1961. After a big battle, Jose died on March 3,2021.  Jose was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Jose left behind five sisters and one brother.

Jose was married to his wife Guadalupe Rangel for 35 years. Jose had two daughters, Maria and Diana Rangel. Jose had two granddaughters, Yaritza and Yatzira Espinoza which he deeply loved with all his heart. Jose was a great example of a husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend. Jose loved his family.

Jose's viewing will be Monday, March 8th from 5-7 pm at Cox Gifford Funeral Chapel.  A mass celebration will be held at St. Helens in Vero Beach on Tuesday, March 9th, 12:00 pm followed by burial in Crestlawn Cemetery.
