Dr. Joseph M. Carlucci, 58, of Sebastian, Fl died September 18, 2008 at his home.
Dr. Carlucci was born September 1, 1950 in Jersey City, NJ and moved Sebastian 25 years ago from his birth place.
He graduate top of his class from Autonomoas De Guadalupe College and was the former chief Anaesthesiologist at Sebastian River Medical Center. He was master gardener and a talented musician. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Italian American Club.
Survivors include his son Joseph Carlucci of Palm Bay, FL; a daughter, Lisa Thomas of West Haven, CT; a sister Ellen Sonntag of Sebastian 2 brothers, Dr. Leonard Carlucci of Edison, NJ, Anthony Carlucci of Sebastian and nephews and nieces.
A service will be held at 1:00 PM, Sunday, October 5, 2008 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church.
