Joseph Albin Jankowski, 89, of Vero Beach, Fl, passed away September 19, 2014, at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach, FL.
Joseph was a native of South Hampton, Long Island New York.
Joseph was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and Joseph was awarded the Purple Heart Medal.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Ruth and a daughter, Kathy Wather.
A Celebration of Joseph's Life will be held on Saturday, September 27, at 3:00pm at the Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach, with military honors to follow the service.
