Joseph V. Maida, age 66, died November 12, 2010, at the Hamrick Home. He had been a resident of Okeechobee for the past thirty years.
Survivors include his wife of 11 years, Deborah; step-daughters, Jamie Parker and Priscilla Newell; granddaughter, Lexus, all of Okeechobee; brother, Samuel Maida of Calif.; sister, Susan Brenslow of New Jersey, a host of nieces and nephews; and best friend, Glen Brown of Okeechobee.
A service was held Tues., November 16, with Pastor Mike Brown officiating.
