Joseph A. Musialek's Obituary
Joseph A. Musialek, 85 of Sebastian, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
He was born February 5, 1925 in Katowice, Poland and was a resident of Sebastian since 1997 coming from New York, NY. after retiring from Sloan Kettering as a registered nurse for the last 50 years.
Survivors include his wife, Maureen of Sebstian, FL; sons, Joseph Musialek of Washington, DC and Stephen Musialek of Pompton Plains, NJ; two sisters, one brother, all of Poland and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Foundation of America, 777 S. Flagler Drive, Suite 800 - South Tower, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
