Joseph John Proscia, 83, of Vero Beach, FL died Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
Joseph was born July 22, 1925 in East Rockaway, NY and moved to Vero Beach 20 years ago from Rockville Centre, NY
Prior to retirement he owned and operated Nassau Tool Rental for 25 years in Long Island, NY. He was a veteran of WW II serving in the US Marines.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years Marie Proscia, of Vero Beach, FL; son William Proscia of Marlborough, CT; daughter Valerie Palandrani of Rockville Centre, NY; son Daniel Proscia of Chatham, NJ; and six grandchildren.
Services: A private memorial service will be held by the family.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the VNA Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
