Joseph DeFelice, a.k.a. Vic Ventura, of Sebastian, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at Sebastian River Medical Center. Joseph was born in Harlem, NY and moved to Micco, FL from Wilmington, NC, 12 years ago. He was a singer known as Vic Ventura and worked at places including Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, The Concord in New York, and Dangerfields in New York. He also owned Big Romans Pizza in Micco.
Joseph is survived by his wife of 28 years, Lorain DeFelice, his five children Marie Jean Fitzgerald of Charlotte, NC, Joseph DeFelice of CT, Veronica Abato of Barryville, NY, Frank Dellatore of Micco, FL, and Brian DeFelice of Coral Springs, FL, four grandchildren, two sisters Josie Givillio of Boca Raton , FL, and Yolanda Sipila of Long Island, NY, and three brothers, Corrado DeFelice of CA, Albert DeFelice of Spring Hill, FL, and Frank DeFelice of Shruboak, NY.
A memorial gathering will be held at Vics house on Sunday the 10th at 1:00pm.
