Josephine "Josie" Ann Weimann, 84, died Saturday, January 19, 2013 following a brief illness. She was born in Chicago, IL, and had retired from GTE Directories after 27 years. Upon moving to Vero Beach in 1990, Josie was very active in her church, Grace Lutheran. She enjoyed lunching with friends, created beautiful cross-stitch, and loved to read. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Herbert. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Herb (sons, Jameson & Kyle) and Sheila Scott (husband, Gary; daughters, Rachel & Laura); sister, Anna Warwick (sons, Ed & Rich); brother-in-law, Horst (wife, Margot; son, Robert) and many other family & friends. Memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Lutheran Church at 1150 41st Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32966. A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Grace Lutheran Church in Vero Beach. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach.
