Julian Green Sr, 63, of Micco died Sunday, December 11, 2011 at his home.

Mr. Green was born January 17, 1948 in Plattsburg, New York. He had been a resident of Micco for 5 years, coming from Vermont.

Prior to his retirement he worked for the Vermont Agency of Transportation maintaining highways and bridges for the state.

He was a member of the VFW and the Fraternal Order of the Moose. He was heavily involved in youth sports leagues and served as head coach for many years in the Colchester Little Leagues.

Survivors include his son, Julian Green Jr. (Jessica Gokey); daughter, Tracy (Jim) Savoie of Vero Beach; sister, Elizabeth Martin of PA; and three grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Evangeline; brothers, George and Robert; and sister, Joyce.

Burial will be held in Essex Junction, VT.
