Kathleen Welms, 53, of Vero Beach passed away June 24, 2016. She was born in Queens, NY on April 23, 1963 to Robert Herzog and Eleanor Farrell. She graduated from Vero Beach High School.

She is survived by her daughter, Samantha Welms, and grandchildren, Cassidy and Anthony; son, Nicholas Welms; siblings, Robert, Richard, Thomas, James, Eileen and was predeceased by her sister, Diane.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 PM, Monday, June 27, 2016 at St. Helen Catholic Church. Interment will take place at Crestlawn Cemetery at a later date.
