Kenneth Fallin, 85 of Vero Beach, FL passed away on December 30, 2015 at Indian River Medical Center. He was born August 6, 1930 in Queens, NY and grew up in Auburndale, FL.
Ken was an honorably discharged World War II veteran serving his country faithfully in the U.S. Navy. After the Navy, Ken earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Florida.
Ken worked for several aviation companies including Piper Aircraft's facilities in both Vero Beach and Lakeland. Throughout his life, he enjoyed many aspects of aviation from his extensive collections, to attending fly-ins, and even assisting in reconstruction of classic aircraft. Ken had a life-long passion for the Florida Gators. Decked out in his orange and blue, he watched his beloved gators no matter what the sport.
Ken was a loving husband and father and leaves behind his wife, Margaret Thompson Fallin; daughters, Sandy Newman and Anita Martin; grandchildren, Heather Gardner, Amanda Martin, and Craig Newman. Ken was blessed with two great-grandsons, Nolan Croy and Christopher Newman with a third due any day now.
