Kenneth Gwyn Kelley, 85, of Port Saint Lucie, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2013 at the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Fort Pierce.
Mr. Kelley was born in Telico, TN.
He served in the Army Corps of Engineers.
Prior to his retirement he worked as a construction supervisor.
