Ken E. Lohrey, 62, of Vero Beach, FL died Sunday, September 21, 2008 at his home.
Mr. Lohrey was born October 25, 1945 in Allegheny County, PA. and moved to Vero Beach five years ago from Stoneham, MA.
He was employed by IBM as Senior Technical Specialist for forty-two years. He was the former Head Football Coach at Wilmington High School in Wilmington, MA.
He served in the United States Navy and was a member of the American Legion Post # 39 Vero Beach, FL. He was a member of the Heron Cay Home Owners Association.
Survivors include his wife Frances Lohrey of Vero Beach, son Eric Lohrey of Zephyrhills, FL, daughter Jennifer Leblanc of Enfield, CT; stepson Jason Erb of Lynn, MA; two brothers George and Terry Lohry both of Hawaii; four sisters Bonnie Rosholt of CA, Mary Waite of Utah, Debbie Akana of Hawaii and Barbara Tom of Hawaii;one grandson and one granddaughter Jonathan and Danielle.
Service: At the request of the family there will no be services.
