Kitty Broom, 86, of Vero Beach, FL died Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at Indian River Medical Center.
Mrs. Broom was born July 6, 1924 in Steelton, PA and moved to Vero Beach in 1977 coming from Baltimore County, MD.
She was an inspector employed by Western Electric and of the Lutheran faith.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years, John Stansbury Broom of Vero Beach, son, Leroy Thompson of Harford County, MD, nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her son, Raymond Thompson.
Services: No services are planned at this time. Interment will take place at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Baltimore County, MD at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Vero Beach, Florida.
