Laurette I. Debaene, 82, of Vero Beach, FL died Sunday, July 5, 2009 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Debaene was born July 30, 1926 in Woonsocket, RI moving to Vero Beach 24 years ago from Pembroke Lakes, FL.
She was of the Catholic faith and had been the Executive Secretary to the Principal of Norland Junior High School in Miami, FL.
Survivors include her daughters Sharon Debaene and Kim Buckland of Vero Beach; sister Alice Gagnon of Fairfield, CT; four grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Rene Debaene and a daughter Audrey Debaene.
Services: A Prayer Service will be offered at 7 PM, Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the VNA/Hospice 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
