LaVerne Marie Miller, 71, of Vero Beach, FL passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at VNA Hospice in Vero Beach, FL. She had been a resident of Vero Beach for 12 years, coming from Miami, FL. Prior to retirement she was a hairdresser. LaVerne was a member of the East Cobb Senior Citizens Center in Marietta, GA and the Polish American Club in Vero Beach, where she was an avid bingo player.

She is survived by her children; Bill (Norma) Miller of Vero Beach, FL; Pamela (Fredi) Gonzalez of Marietta, GA; Candice (Kirk) Beruty of Pembroke Pine, FL; one sister Christine Conway of Phoenix, AZ; LaVerne was a loving mee-maw to; Gabrielle (Gi-Gi), Alex, Austin, Jessica, Kenny, Chris, Michael, Krystal, Karina. She is preceded in death by her husband John Edward Miller.
