Joe Egolf, 67, passed away peacefully in his sleep early on the morning of
August 29th, 2010, as a result of Acid Maltase
Deficiency (Pompe Disease), a disease which leads to severe muscle degradation.
Joe was born October 25th, 1942, in Paducah, Kentucky. Joe was a Mechanical
Contractor with Mid State Mechanical in Vero Beach.
He was preceded in death by his son Aaron and brother Frank Wilkins.
He is survived by his wife Patricia, daughter Tracey (Tony), sons Josh (Heather)
and Jonah (Adrienne), brother Chuck, sister
Debbie, and grandsons Zach, Alex and Jake.
Visitation hours are from 4-6pm on Thursday September 2nd at Davis Seawinds
Funeral Home in Melbourne. Funeral Mass will take
place on Friday, September 3rd at 11:30am at Ascension Catholic Church in
Melbourne.
