LeMont Neill, 90, of Vero Beach died Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Consulate Healthcare of Vero Beach.
Mr. Neill was born July 20, 1922 in New Brunswick, NJ. He had been a resident of Vero Beach since 1985, coming from Fanwood, NJ.
He served in the United States Army during WWII.
Prior to his retirement he worked as a Formula Statistician for Griffith Labs, Inc a spice house manufacture.
He was a member of Tabernacle Ministries in Vero Beach. He was also a member of the Lions Club in Vero Beach, and volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America.
Survivors include his wife of 9 years Anne "Popp" Neill; children of Betty, son George Neill of Lenox, IL; daughter, Patricia Merrill of Washington, NJ; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Betty Aitken Neill who died in 1998.
A private Celebration of Life service will be held.
