Leo Opal Holbrook's Obituary
Leo Opal Holbrook, 88, of Fort Pierce, FL died Thursday, January 15, 2009 at the Fort Pierce Health Care in Fort Pierce.
Mr. Holbrook was born December 27, 1920 in Sheawassa County, MI and moved to Fort Pierce in 2003 from Yagouna, Australia.
Prior to his retirement Mr. Holbrook had been an auto mechanic. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the US Army. He was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include his daughter, Dorothy Crowe of Fort Pierce; sisters Fern Mutlos of Lehigh Acres, FL and Gloria Banagis of Owosso, MI.
Services: A memorial service will be celebrated 11 AM, Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach, FL with military honors provided by VFW Post 3918.
