Leonard Lenny Charles Albrecht, Jr., 63, of Vero Beach, FL died Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Mr. Albrecht was born April 1, 1946 in Atlantic City, NJ and moved to Vero Beach in 1981 from Hollywood, FL.
He had worked for Bell South Company as a Cable Repair Technician and had attended college in Colorado on a basketball scholarship after being named All State in basketball and track at McArthur High School in Hollywood, FL. Mr. Albrecht was a member of the Moose Lodge in Vero Beach, Telephone Pioneers of America.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Susan Lynn Albrecht of Vero Beach; son Ryan Charles Albrecht of Vero Beach; daughters Amy Lynn and Angela Marie Albrecht both of Colorado; and four grandchildren.
