Lois Ann Hawk, 90 of Vero Beach, Fl went home to Glory on January 12, 2019. She was born May 24, 1928 in New Castle, PA to the late Dr. Kenneth E. and Vera D. Voorhees. A June graduate of New Castle High School she went on to graduate from West Penn School of Nursing in Pittsburgh, PA in 1950. She was a Registered Nurse (RN) and worked at Jameson Hospital in New Castle and Memorial Hospital in York, PA for several years.

Lois has been a resident of Vero Beach since 1993. She was an active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Vero Beach. Lois and her husband traveled extensively and she enjoyed playing bridge, reading and cooking.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Earl; sons David (Margaret) Hawk, John (Alison) Hawk and daughter Peggy (Samuel) Natale; 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2555 58th Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32966.
