Lorraine Williams of Vero Beach passed away on December 29 at the age of 89. She is survived by her daughter Kathleen Williams, daughter Peggy Stokes and son-in-law David Stokes, her son Keith Williams and daughter-in-law Heather Williams, her sisters, Priscilla Mitchell, Delphine Rogers, Corinn Chambless and Terri Beer; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

She was born and raised in Patchogue, New York, to Guy Richmond and Cora (Baker) Richmond. She was married to her late husband Vernon S. Williams for 56 years. For the past six years she has been an active resident of Brookdale Vero Beach where she loved to paint, read, and play bingo.

She will be remembered for her love of family, generous heart, sense of humor, and her love of God.

A Celebration of Lorraine's Life will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 12:00 PM at Cox-Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach followed by a small reception.
