Louise J. Smith, 86, of Vero Beach, passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at her home.
Mrs. Smith was born November 23, 1926 in Egypt, GA. She had been a resident of Vero Beach since 1987, coming from Caldwell, NJ.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Caldwell, NJ.
Survivors include her daughters, Leslie Martin & Prissy Smith, both of Vero Beach; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, James A. Smith; son, Walter S. Johnson; brother, Carroll L. Dutton.
No services are planned at this time.
