Maddison Grace Cardin, of Port Saint Lucie, born May 8, 2012 died on May 12, 2012 at Saint Marys Hospital in West Palm Beach.
Survivors include her parents Christopher Matthew and Jodi McCaskill of Port Saint Lucie; paternal grandparents John Cardin of Fort Pierce and Janis Williams of Fort Pierce; maternal grandparents Ronald and Linda McCaskill of Fort Pierce; maternal great grandparents Melba Kreps of Port Saint Lucie and Robert Burgess of Sarasota; paternal great grandparents Janice Patrick of Cape Canaveral and Carroll & Gayle Cardin of Virginia.
Services: A service will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Faithworld Church located at 5555 St. James, Port Saint Lucie, with Rev. Ronald McCaskill and Rev. Gerald Doggett officiating. Burial will follow in White City Cemetery in White City, FL.
Arrangements are under the care of Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Vero Beach, FL. Online condolences may be sent at www.coxgiffordseawinds.com.
