Margaret L. Alimenti, 87, of Vero Beach, FL died Sunday, January 10, 2010 at the Treasure Coast Hospice in Fort Pierce.
Mrs. Alimenti was born May 17, 1922 in New Tazewell, TN and moved to Vero Beach in 1981 from Torrence, CA.
She had been a governess in California before her retirement. She was a member of the Holiday Village Social Club in Vero Beach where she participated in Bingo and the Duets. Mrs. Alimenti was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
Survivors include her niece Leva R. King of El Dorado, KS; niece Norita Schustereit of Victoria, TX; nephew Richard Standifer of Victoria, TX; niece Toni Young of Victoria, TX; and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Alimenti; a brother James D. McBee, Jr.; and a sister Lillian Standifer.
Services: The family will receive friends 12 Noon - 1 PM Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach followed by a service at 1 PM with Rev. Doug Phillips of the Oleander Avenue Church of God, Ft. Pierce, FL officiating.
