Obituary

Margaret "Peggy" Ann Knight, 91, of Vero Beach, died Wednesday, November 24th, 2021.

She was born on August 5th 1930 in Detroit, Michigan. Her parents were Richard and Ola B Thompson.

Peggy attended Vero Beach High School. She married the late Lloyd S. Knight in 1945. She was a lifelong homemaker and a member of a pioneering citrus family. The Knight family heritage dates back to 1911, in Vero Beach. Peggy was also a longtime member of First Baptist Church.

Peggy is proceeded in death by her husband Lloyd S. Knight, her sister Mary and her three sons John, David and Robert.

She is survived by four grandchildren Michael, Alecia, Adriane and Joseph Marshall; and five great grandchildren

A visitation will be held Saturday, December 11th from 12-1pm at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home, followed by a Funeral Service at 1pm. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery.
