Obit: Margaret F. Oakley
Margaret F. Peggy Oakley, 93, of Vero Beach, FL died Saturday, November 15, 2008 at her home.
Mrs. Oakley was born November 15, 1915 in Paterson, NJ and moved to Vero Beach six years ago from Whiting, NJ.
She was a homemaker and member of St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her two daughters Judeann Langlois of Vero Beach and Laurel Lawson of Pembroke, MA; son Mark Oakley of Katy, TX; sister Marcella Wilton of Wilmington, DE; nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Frederic N. Oakley
Services: The family will receive friends 7-9 PM, Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 PM at the funeral home. A Mass will be celebrated 10 AM, Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach. Interment will be at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
