Marian Graul, 93, of Vero Beach passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at the Arbors at Lakes at Pointe West in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Graul was born January 31, 1919 in Sumter, South Carolina. Following her retirement from retail sales in 1981 she and her husband, Henry, relocated from Pennsville, New Jersey to Vero Beach. Shortly thereafter she began working at Dodger Town. She was also a volunteer at the Humane Society of Vero Beach & Indian River County thrift store.
She was a member of Living Lord Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband of 70 years, Henry Graul; sons Robert Graul of Carlsbad, California and James Graul of Marlton, New Jersey; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brother James Daniel Barnes and her sister Frances Touchberry.
A visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. with a service at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at the Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Vero Beach. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
