Marie H. Heermance, 97, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away December 27, 2014 at Willowbrook Court of Indian River Estates.
She was born June 14, 1917 in Bound Brook, NJ, the daughter of Paul and Mary Hanke. She was united in marriage to William H. Heermance on September 5, 1942. He preceded her in death in March, 1972.
A devoted mother, Mrs. Heermance is survived by three daughters and their spouses, Paula (Ron Emerson) Heermance, Kathy (Jimmy) Asbell, and Theresa Teeter, as well as a son and his partner, Timothy Heermance (Susan Durden). She is fortunate to leave twelve grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Zachary Heermance.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 am, Saturday, January 3, 2014 at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church Chapel, Vero Beach. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Palm Bay, FL.
