Mario E. Ruiz, Sr. ,64, of Vero Beach, passed away on Monday, December 27, 2010 at his home.
He was born December 5, 1946 in Puerto Rico and was a resident of Vero Beach for 9 years coming from Connecticut.
Mr. Ruiz attended the Missionary Church of Christ in Vero Beach.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Consuelo Ruiz of Vero Beach; son Mario E. Ruiz, Jr., of Cocoa, FL; daughter Bernice Diaz of Vero Beach; father Juan B. Ruiz of Puerto Rico; sisters Awilda Ruiz of Puerto Rico and Myrna Ruiz of Windsor Locks, CT; brother Saul Ruiz of Puerto Rico; and three grandchildren, Jayda Moss, Jedidiah Ruiz and Sarah Sofia Diaz.
Services: The family will receive friends, 1-3 PM, Friday, December 31, 2010 at Seawinds Funeral Chapel, with service at 3:00 PM with Josias Andujar officiating.
