Mark Roth,32, died December 7, 2007, at his home. He was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on April 25, 1975. He grew up in Fairfield, Ohio and moved to Vero Beach in 1987. Graduated in 1993 from Vero Beach High School. He graduated from Florida Culinary Institute in 2002 and later worked in West Palm Beach and Vero Beach as a Head Chef. Mark loved spending his free time at the beach, he also took great pride in his work. He leaves his father and mother, Steve and Melinda Roth of Vero Beach; brother, Matt Roth (Megan) two nephews Logan and Hunter Roth of Vero Beach; grandmother, Betty Martin of Vero Beach; grandparents, Edward and Dorothy Roth of Fairfield, Ohio; and many aunts, uncles and cousins throughout the country. Mark with his love and humor will be greatly missed by all!
There will be a memorial gathering 5-7 pm, Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach.
