Martha Elaine Crews, age 59, died Monday, April 18, 2011, at her home surrounded by family. Born in Clewiston, she was a lifetime resident of Okeechobee.
Totally committed to her family, the love of her life was her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Leola Nesbitt.
Survivors include Foye, her husband of 42 years; sons, Timothy OBrien Crews and fianc, Angela Kaye Crews of Okeechobee, Foye Eugene (Bonnee) Crews of Panama City, Fla. ; daughter, Sandra Elaine (Hugh) Phillips of Okeechobee; grandsons, Tyler OBrien Crews and David OBrien Phillips, both of Okeechobee, Joshua and Caleb Crews, both of Panama City, Fla.; granddaughter, Ashley Thalman of Brooksville, Fla. ; brother, Ricky Nesbitt of Calif.; sisters, Gloria Lowe of Okeechobee, Edna (Ed) Hodges of Clewiston; and step-mother, Nancy Nesbitt of Clewiston.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 23, 2011, at 1 p.m. at the Buxton-Seawinds Chapel at Abundant Blessings Church.
In lieu of flowers, friends may assist the family personally.
