Martin "Marty" MacFarlane, 50, of Ft. Pierce, FL (Lakewood Park) passed away Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Treasure Coast Hospice House in Ft. Pierce.

Martin was born August 12, 1964 in New Britain, Connecticut the son of the late John Ramm and Alice MacFarlane. He had been a resident of Ft. Pierce for 37 years, coming from Southington, CT. Martin worked for Egan Fickett as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic.

Martin is survived by two children; Shawn MacFarlane (Alyssa) of Walland, Tennessee, and Amanda MacFarlane of Ft. Pierce, FL; step-daughter, Donna Lee Butcher of Merritt Island, FL; five grandchildren, Demetrius, Ja-Liyah, and Jaiden MacFarlane all of Ft. Pierce, FL, Lana and Samantha MacFarlane of Walland, TN; one brother, John MacFarlane (Kathie) of Mims, FL and Fianc Gloria Calcagno of Ft. Pierce, FL.

Martin was preceded in death by one brother, Bruce MacFarlane of Port Richie, FL.

A Celebration of Marty's life will be celebrated on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, from 2:00 - 6:00pm at the Lakewood Park Liquor and Pub 4902 N. Kings Hwy, Fort Pierce (Lakewood Park), FL

Family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society or Treasure Coast Hospice House in Ft. Pierce.
