"Charlie", Marvin C. Frossard, 67, of Vero Beach, FL died Saturday, July 25, 2009 at Orchard Island Manor- Assisted Living after a prolonged illness.
Mr Frossard was born July 19, 1941 in Tiliesville, FL. e served in the US Army.
He was a truck driver for many years and briefly owned a gun shop named The Powder Keg in Vero Beach, FL. He was known to all his CB friends as "GATOR".
He was preceded in death by his mother Helen Howe on September 30, 2007.
Survivors include his niece Jessica Howe of West Bend, Wi, brother Howard Howe of Grant, AL, sister Penny Harrod of Flat Rock, IN, and many other extended family.
His remains were laid to rest at the South Florida National Cemetery for veterans in Lake Worth, FL.
