Mary Theresa Bertone, 90, of Vero Beach, Florida, passed away April 21, 2018 at Indian River Medical Center.

She was born July 3, 1927 in Woonsocket, RI and had been a resident of Florida's Treasure Coast for 30 years, coming from Tariffville, CT where she resided for 32 years.

Mrs. Bertone was a devout Catholic and a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Vero Beach FL.  Prior to retirement, she worked in Policy Administration for Cigna Insurance for 25 years.

She leaves her memories to be cherished by her children, Katherine (Jamie) Bertone of Covington, GA and Steven (Elisa) Bertone of Cypress, TX; granddaughter, Jami Bertone of Cypress, TX; sisters, Connie Tancrell of Worcester, MA and Margaret Valis of Shrewsbury, Mass.  She was predeceased by her husband, Louis Bertone in 1996.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 am, Friday, April 27, 2018 at St. Mary Parish, Uxbridge, MA.  Inurnment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
