Mary Caroline Davis, 79, of Vero Beach, FL died Saturday, February 23, 2008 at the Alterra Clare Bridge Cottage in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Davis was born August 23, 1928 in Putnam County, FL and moved to Vero Beach in 1969 from Chiefland, FL.
She graduated from Florida Atlantic University and was a librarian at the Vero Beach Junior High School until her retirement. She was a member of the Vero Christian Church in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her daughters Lea Norah Davis of Vero Beach and Mary Kay Metz of Lake Butler, FL; son Michael Clark Davis of Palm Bay, FL; sister Barbara Burns of Birmingham, AL and five grandchildren.
Services: There will be a memorial celebration 6 PM, Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at the Sebastian Christian Church, 190 Day Drive, Sebastian, FL 32958 with the Rev. Kent Hawkins of Cornerstone Christian Church of Vero Beach officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cornerstone Christian Church Building Fund, 1425 6th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32962.
