Mary F. Jackson, age 84, died Monday, April 18, 2011, at Palm Garden of Port St. Lucie Nursing Home. She had been a resident of Okeechobee for the past three years.
Mary enjoyed reading, playing cards, bingo, and slot machines.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton R. Jackson and brother, Thomas McDermott.
Survivors include her son, Bill (Lisa) Jackson of Okeechobee; daughter, Margaret (Mike) Martin; granddaughter, Kelley Martin; great-grandson, Jose Michael Rivera, all of Pawling, N.Y.; and step-grandsons, Marcus (April) Greer and Eddie (Tina) Chance, both of Okeechobee.
There are no services planned.
