Mary J. Kernan, 94, of Vero Beach, FL died Thursday, August 21, 2008 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Kernan was born June 6, 1914 in the Philippine Islands and moved to Vero Beach 33 years ago from Forked River, NJ.
She was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach where she was a member of the Womens Club and the Rosary Society.
She is survived by her daughters Barbara Kernan of Vero Beach and Louise C. Garland of Sebastian, FL; seven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Philip Andrew Kernan.
Services: A private interment service will take place at Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach.
