Obituary

On Thursday, 1 October 2020, Mary Frances Taylor of Vero Beach passed  away at age 76 after an extended hospital stay for the treatment of  pneumonia.

A Kentucky native, Mary Frances traveled the world with her husband  while he served in the military. She had a successful career as an allergy  tech in Northern Virginia before moving to Vero Beach in 2014 where  she became a well-known and well-loved member of her local community.

It was during her time in Vero Beach that Mary Frances found her  paradise and blossomed as an artist. Completely self-taught and with no  formal training, she painted one watercolor masterpiece after another.

It was her pencil drawings of family pets that amazed and captured the  attention of her family and friends. Her drawings revealed the eyes of a  true artist, and she quickly developed a lengthy list of clients asking for  her drawings.

Mary Frances led a Christian life founded on love and faith and was a  woman of charm, grace, and elegance. She experienced several family  tragedies in her youth, but never let them jade her spirit or prevent her from becoming a better person. Her family grieves in her loss, but are  thankful for the years spent together.

Mary Frances is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Jim, her  daughter Angela and husband Richard, and grandson Ryan and her  beloved dog Gracie. She is preceded in death by her daughter Marilyn.

A private home service will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at  1pm to celebrate a life filled with love, joy, and caring. In lieu of flowers,  the family asks that donations be made to help fight against Rheumatoid  Arthritis, at www.helpfightra.org
