Matilde Gonzalez, 79, of Kendall, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2014 at Baptist Hospital, Kendall, FL.
She was born on October 6, 1934 in Santa Fe, Argentina and lived in Kendall for 22 years, coming from Hialeah, FL.
Mrs. Gonzalez was a nanny for 22 years for the Nuez family and a member of St. Timothy Catholic Church, Kendall, FL.
Survivors include her son, Walter Gonzalez of Brazil; daughters, Laura Valdes of Hialeah, FL, Erika Gonzalez of Argentina and Silvia Gonzalez of Argentina; extended daughter, Linda Nuez and her children Diva and Antoio; sisters, Celia and Maria Castillo of Argentina; brother, David Castillo of Argentina; niece, Laura Escobar; 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; .
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on March 12, 2014 at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 5400 SW 102 Avenue, Kendall, FL at 9:30 A.M. Visitation will be held from
9 - 9:30 a.m.
