M. Bruce Thomas, age 52, died Sunday, Dec. 12, 2010, at his home. Although born in Ft. Pierce, he was a lifetime resident of Okeechobee. He was an electrician by trade.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Hazel Thomas. Survivors include his father, Oscar Thomas of Okeechobee; and brothers, Tommy (Ruth) Brickenden of Ft. Lauderdale, and Victor (Laura) Jones of Okeechobee.
Graveside services will be held Dec. 15, at 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery.
