Michelle (Hobson) Leonardo, 48, of Vero Beach, formerly of New Haven, Connecticut, passed peacefully on September 19, 2016 in Hospice House of Vero Beach, Florida after a brief illness.
She was born in New Haven, Connecticut to Pauline and Eugene Hobson. She graduated from Wilbur Cross High School. She married Albert Patrick Leonardo, Jr. August 6, 1993.
In Connecticut, Michelle worked for many years at Strouse Adler. She moved to Florida in March of 2009, and worked for many years at Treasure Coast Food Bank as an administrative assistant. She was very giving and loving and much loved by her family. She was known for cooking and baking and loved to give gifts of what she made. She also gave to her community through the Treasure Coast Food Bank.
Michelle is survived by her husband Pat Leonardo, and 3 children, Kayla, Andrew, and Krista. She is also survived by her parents, Pauline (Hobson) Meeker and step-father, Thomas Meeker, mother-in-law, Jackie and father-in-law, Albert Leonardo, and other loving family.
She was predeceased by her father, Eugene J. Hobson, her maternal grandparents Jeanne Couture and Roland Couture, her paternal grandparents, Mae Hobson and Eugene S. Hobson.

A memorial service will be held at St. Helen Catholic Church, in Vero Beach, on Saturday, October 1, 2016, at 10:00am.
