Mildred Marie Thornton's Obituary
Mildred Marie Thornton, 86, of Vero Beach, FL died Saturday, May 15, 2010 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Thornton was born January 29, 1924 in Terre Haute, IN and moved to Vero Beach in 1945 from her place of birth.
Prior to retirement she was a cook in Vero Beach for many years. Mrs. Thornton was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Wilbur Eugene Thornton of Vero Beach.
Services: The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM, Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach, FL.
Memorial contributions may be made to VNA/ Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
