Miriam G. Zabawa, 77of Sebastian, Fl died December 31, 2009 at Consulate Health Care in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Zabawa was born November 15, 1932 in Puerto Rico and was a resident of Sebastian since 1989 coming from Williamsburg VA.
She was a retired secretary and member of Sebastian United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, James J. Zabawa; a son, Dr. Robert Zabawa,; a daughter, Susan Birkett; 3 brothers, Carlos Gonzalez, Dr.Caleb Gonzalez, Benjamin Gonzalez all of Puerto Rico; 4 sisters, Elsie Bernier, Abigail Culpepper, Ruth Berkel, Eunice Gonzalez all of Puerto Rico and 2 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held at a later date.
