Monica Rangel, 44, of Sebastion, FL, passed away Friday May 1st, 2015. Monica was born in Mexico in 1971, daughter of Rodrigo and Maria De Jesus Mendez.

Monica moved to Florida in 1993, and has been a resident of Sebastion, FL for 10 years. Survivors include her husband of 22 years Luis Enrique Rangel, Ricardo Rangel; son, sisters Isabel Pena of California, Maribel Luna of North Carolina, , Elvira Mendez Vaca of Mexico, Patricia Mendez of Mexico, and Teresa Mendez Milan of Port St. Lucie, FL.

A viewing will be held from 6pm to 8pm on Wednesday May 6th, 2015 and Thursday May 7th from 2pm to 4pm at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Vero Beach, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 4:00pm, Thursday May, 7th St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
